Tested by us on 15 October 2026 with WPForms Lite 2.0.2.2, from ChatGPT and Claude. The overview with recipes is on the WPForms page.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”WPForms keeps changes from assistants switched off by default. Allow them in WPForms’ own settings first. Reading your forms works without it.

We checked each change in the saved form and on the page where the form appears.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- Entries are stored by WPForms Pro. WPForms Lite has none, so reading entries isn’t tested yet.
- Notification emails, their recipients and delivery can’t be changed from chat.
wpforms/update-form-settingsis allowed only for the title, description and submit button. Other settings-type abilities stay closed.
