Plans and usage
Two balances are counted, separately.
- Website actions are what your assistant does on your site: reading a post, changing a price, publishing a draft. Each successful operation uses one action. Account and status checks are free, and one request can take several operations. The tools reference has the details.
- AI credits run the AI inside your site: the chatbot, content writer, forms and images.
Your ChatGPT or Claude subscription is separate from both.

Prices are in USD, before tax. Free AI credits need a verified AI Puffer Cloud account. Paid plans also include theme drafts and reading PDFs for website management.
How the allowance works
Section titled “How the allowance works”- One account covers all your sites and assistants. They share the allowance.
- It renews every month, also on yearly plans. Unused actions don’t roll over.
- Adding a site or reconnecting an assistant doesn’t reset it.
- A change that’s still being settled may hold an action until its outcome is known.
