Look
The Look tab changes what visitors see. The preview on the right updates as you go.
- Color: Light, Dark, ChatGPT, or one of the colour sets (Ocean, Lagoon, Forest, Ember, Rose, Berry, Midnight, Citrine). More colors lets you enter your own.
- Chat photo: the picture in the chat header and beside replies. Use the button’s icon or upload one.
Chat button
Section titled “Chat button”For a chatbot in the corner of the page:
- Icon: a built-in icon, or upload your own.
- Position: bottom right, bottom left, top right or top left.
- Open automatically: open the chat for new visitors after a few seconds. Off by default.
- Welcome bubble: a small message next to the button, such as “Need help? Ask me!”. Choose when it appears, how often (once per visitor, once per visit, or every page), whether visitors can close it, and on which devices. Show again shows it once more to visitors who already saw it.
Interface
Section titled “Interface”The words in the chat: Chatbot name, Greeting, Subgreeting, Message box hint, Typing text, Status text (shown while it looks something up), Footer and Online text.
Size and font
Section titled “Size and font”Button shape and size, corners, window width and height, the font, and how it fits small screens. Reset to defaults puts them back. The Light, Dark and ChatGPT themes keep their own font and sizes.
