Many articles at once

Under Create from:

  • Manual entry, with:
    • Batch editor: one row per topic, with its keywords. Advanced fields on a row sets its own category, author, post type and publish date.

    • Quick paste: one line per topic, in this order:

Topic | Keywords | Category ID | Author Login | Post Type | Schedule

Only the topic is required. Add sample shows an example.

  • CSV file: the same six columns, comma separated. Every row becomes an article, so leave out a header row. View sample CSV shows the layout.
  • RSS feed Pro: write from the newest articles in one or more feeds. Choose how many to fetch, and filter with Only titles containing and Skip titles containing. Articles you’ve already used are skipped.
  • Web page Pro: write from the content of web pages, one address per line. Test first URL shows what it reads.
  • Google Sheets Pro: rows from a sheet, with the same columns in A–F. Share the sheet with a Google service account and upload its credentials.json. Rows with column G empty are written; G then records when each was queued and written.

Select Generate (it shows how many, such as Generate 12). The Queue shows each article as queued, running, done, failed or stopped. Each one is saved as a post as soon as it’s ready. Up to 100 articles go in one run.

The arrow next to Generate has Create task. It turns your setup into an automation that runs in the background on your server. RSS, web page and Sheets sources can repeat on a schedule, from every 5 minutes to weekly, picking up new items each time.

With Status set to Publish, a Schedule row appears:

  • Publish immediately.
  • Smart schedule: start at a date and time, then publish one article every so many hours or days.
  • Use dates from input: each row’s own date (Batch editor, Quick paste, CSV and Sheets). Write dates as 2026-11-03 09:00; times are in your site’s time zone.
