AI forms

An AI form is a small tool on your page: a visitor fills in a few fields, your prompt turns them into a question for the AI, and the answer appears right below. A meta description writer, a product name generator, a reply drafter, a quote estimator.

AI Puffer › AI Forms. It lists Your forms and ready-made Templates.

  1. Start from a template (Lead capture, Customer feedback, Book appointment, Support request or Waitlist signup) with Use template, or select + Create form. Generate with AI drafts a whole form from a description.

  2. Click the title to name it.

  3. Drag fields from Form Elements into the form: Text Input, Text Area, Dropdown, Checkbox and Radio Buttons. File Upload and Image Upload are Pro. Use Layouts for two or three columns.

  4. Open a field’s settings to set its Label text, its Field variable name (for prompt), a placeholder, whether it’s required, and its options.

  5. In the AI card, choose the Model and write the Prompt, using your fields as {variables}:

    Write a 155-character meta description for a page about {topic}, for {audience}.

Validate checks that every variable exists and points out fields you haven’t used.

  6. Save, then Preview to try it.

For dropdowns, checkboxes and radio buttons, the option’s label is what goes into the prompt.

Add the AI Puffer AI Form block, or copy the shortcode from the Shortcode column:

[aipkit_ai_form id=123]

Copy with options builds a variant of the shortcode without changing the form:

Option Shortcode What it does
Show provider, Show model show_provider="true", show_model="true" Visitors choose the AI. Limit the choice under Frontend Models.
Copy button copy_button="true" A Copy button under the result.
Save button save_button="true" Logged-in users who can write posts save the result as a draft.
PDF download Pro pdf_download="true" Download the result as a PDF.
Theme theme="light", "dark" or "custom" The look. Custom uses your CSS.

Each answer is on its own: a form doesn’t remember earlier submissions. The Responses column counts how often each form was used.
