Complete an order with a tracking number
Paste into ChatGPT or ClaudeOrder 1042 has shipped. Add the tracking number QA12345 as a note for the customer, then mark the order completed.
Changes your site. Standard asks you first in wp-admin; Trusted does it directly.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Your assistant adds a customer note with
order-add-note. - It sets the status to completed with
order-update-status. - WooCommerce sends its usual customer emails for both.
Try also
Section titled “Try also”- “Add a private note instead, so the customer isn’t emailed.”
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- We checked that WooCommerce creates the emails. Whether they reach the inbox depends on your site’s mail setup.
