The four tasks
Create new content
Section titled “Create new content”The sources and settings are the same as in the content writer: batch editor, quick paste, CSV, and RSS, web pages and Google Sheets Pro.
- AI: the model, Content length, Writing style (focused to creative) and, for models that think, Reasoning level.
- Content: title and article always, plus meta description, focus keyword, excerpt and tags, each with its own instructions.
- Images: content images and a featured image, the source, how many and where.
- SEO: Smart SEO Pro, Optimize URL and Table of contents.
- Knowledge: draw on a knowledge store while writing.
- Finish: the schedule, the post status, Publishing timing (immediately, a smart schedule, or each row’s own date), content format, post type, author and categories.
RSS items and web pages already written are skipped on the next run. Topics from a list are not: running a list task again writes them again.
Rewrite existing content Pro
Section titled “Rewrite existing content ”Choose the content types, and optionally categories and authors. The task picks up published posts as they change and rewrites the fields you switch on: Title, Content, Excerpt or Meta Description. Include existing content also adds everything that matches today.
Build a knowledge base
Section titled “Build a knowledge base”Choose where to store it (built-in, OpenAI, Google, Pinecone, Qdrant or Chroma), the content types and categories, then:
- Queue all existing content now to fill it once.
- Auto-index new and updated content to keep it current as you publish and edit.
This is the way to keep a chatbot’s knowledge fresh without selecting Learn again by hand.
Reply to comments
Section titled “Reply to comments”Choose the content types, then:
- Action on reply: approve the reply, or hold it for moderation (the default).
- Top-level comments only (on by default).
- Only reply if comment contains and Do not reply if comment contains.
- Reply Prompt: how to answer. It can use
{comment_content},{comment_author}and{post_title}.
It replies to approved comments, up to 50 per run, as the post’s author.
