Find a backup and restore it
Paste into ChatGPT or ClaudeShow my Duplicator backups with their status, tell me which ones include both files and the database, and give me the link to restore the newest full one. Don’t claim it’s restored.
Reads only. Nothing on your site changes, at any safety level.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Your assistant lists your backups with
duplicator/list-backupsand checks each one. - It gives you the link to that backup in Duplicator’s screen in wp-admin.
- You select Restore there, check the details, and confirm. Duplicator does the restore; sign in again afterwards to finish.

Section titled “Try also”- “Is last night’s backup complete?”
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- A restore replaces your current files and database with the backup, including AI Puffer’s own settings and records from that moment.
- Restores never run from chat: Duplicator doesn’t offer that, and it’s a step you should see happen.
