Automations
Automations are tasks that run by themselves on your server: write articles from a list or a feed, rewrite older posts, reply to comments, or keep a knowledge base current.
They’re the scheduled, in-WordPress counterpart to Trusted website management: there, your assistant does the work when you ask; here, a task does it on a timetable.
Where it is
Section titled “Where it is”AI Puffer › Automations. Switch it on or off under Settings › Tools.
The page has the task editor at the top, your Automations with their status below, and the Queue of items waiting, running, done or failed at the bottom.

Make one
Section titled “Make one”- Select New automation and choose what to automate.
- Fill in the source, then step through AI, Content, Images, SEO, Knowledge and Finish. Only the steps that apply appear. Quick create skips ahead with recommended settings.
- On Finish, choose how often it runs (once, every 5, 15 or 30 minutes, hourly, twice daily, daily or weekly) and select Save task.
Lists and CSV files run once. Feeds, sheets, rewrites, comments and knowledge run on their schedule.
Look after them
Section titled “Look after them”Each task has Edit, Pause or Resume, Run Now and Delete. In the Queue, search, filter by status, Retry a failed item or delete items.
If the AI provider runs out of credits or rejects the key, the task pauses itself with a message. Fix the cause, then Resume the task or Retry the item.
