Put it on your site

Open the Publish tab. Under Where it shows, pick one. You can change it any time.

Every page

A chat button in the corner of your whole site. The screen shows Live on every page. with a link to View your site.

Only one chatbot can be on every page. Choosing it for another chatbot moves it there.

Pages I choose

A chat button only where you add the chatbot. Add it with:

• The block editor: add the AI Puffer Chatbot block and pick the chatbot.
• A shortcode anywhere else: pages, posts, widgets and page builders.

Copy the exact shortcode from the Publish tab or from Copy shortcode in the chatbot menu.

Inside a page

The chat sits in your content, like a section of the page. Add it the same way, with the block or the shortcode. An inline chat can also show Chat history for logged-in visitors (see Features).

On another website Pro

Put the same chatbot on Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace or any HTML page. It keeps its look, knowledge and limits, and uses your credits.

1. Under Also on another website, list the websites that may use it, one address per line. Until you do, any website can use it, and your credits.
2. Copy the code.
3. Paste it on the other site, just before </body>. The panel shows where that is for each platform.
