Usage and visitor billing

AI Puffer › Usage shows your balances and everything AI did on your site.

  • AI credits: your AI Puffer Cloud balance.
  • Website actions: what your assistants used this month for website management.
  • Own API keys: tokens used with your own provider keys.

Choose a period (today, 7, 30 or 90 days) and a view:

  • Conversations: chats with your chatbots, filtered by bot.
  • Content & tasks: the content writer, automations, images and AI forms.
  • Website: everything your assistants did on the site, kept for 90 days.
  • AI requests: every request to an AI provider, from Cloud or your own keys, with what it used.
  • Errors.

Open any item for the full story: messages, model, settings, and which knowledge it used. From there you can export it, delete it, or block a visitor’s IP address.

Usage also shows where this site’s website actions went: a count and a share for each kind of work, such as site checks, content reads and content creation, for the period you choose.

  • Only calls that succeeded and used an action are counted, each once. Failed calls, changes still waiting for approval, and free calls aren’t.
  • It covers this site. Your allowance is shared by all the sites on your account, and AI credits are counted separately.

The ⋯ menu has Export logs (a CSV file), Delete filtered logs and Log retention Pro, which deletes old logs automatically.

Sell AI to your visitors: they buy credits on your site and spend them in your chatbots, AI forms and image generator. These are your site’s own credits, separate from AI Puffer Cloud.

  1. Turn on Visitor billing under Settings › Tools.
  2. In Usage › ⋯ › Visitor billing, add Pricing rules: for chat or forms, a price per 1,000 tokens or per request; for images, per image; for video, per video.
  3. Under Storefront, create a WooCommerce credit product. Visitors get the credits when their order is completed. Orders must belong to a logged-in account.
  4. Put [aipkit_token_usage] on a page so visitors see their credits, purchases and limits.

Transactions lists every credit added or spent; User balances lets you adjust anyone’s balance or reset their usage. Each tool’s own limits still apply on top.
