Conversations

Every conversation is saved in your WordPress database. Open Usage › Activity and filter by Conversations.

Read a conversation

Open one to see every message, the model that answered, the cost, and which pieces of knowledge it used, with how closely each matched. That last part is the quickest way to see why the chatbot answered what it did, and what to teach it next.

From a conversation you can also:

• Export it as JSON.
• Block the visitor’s IP address.
• Delete conversation, permanently.

Export and clean up

The More actions menu has:

• Export logs: all conversations as a CSV file.
• Delete filtered logs: delete what the current filter shows.
• Log retention Pro: delete old conversations automatically, keeping from one day to one year.
