Save a product stock and content checklist
Paste into ChatGPT or ClaudeSave a workflow named “Weekly store check”. When I ask you to run it, find products with stock below 3, missing images or empty descriptions, group what you find and suggest what to do. Don’t change any products. Save the instructions only; don’t run them yet.
Saves instructions on your site without changing other content. Runs directly at Standard and Trusted. Read only cannot save instructions.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Your assistant saves the checklist under your WordPress user on this site. It does not run the checklist yet.
- When you ask “Run my Weekly store check,” your assistant reads the saved instructions.
- It reports products with low stock, missing images or empty descriptions. It does not change them.

Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The name “Weekly store check” does not create a schedule. Run it by asking your assistant.
- You can use the checklist in different assistants connected as the same WordPress user on the same site.
- Saving uses one website action. Running the checklist uses the actions required for its checks.
