List, edit or delete a saved workflow

Saves instructions on your site without changing other content. Runs directly at Standard and Trusted. Read only cannot save instructions.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Your assistant finds the workflow and reads its current instructions.
- It saves the changes you requested. If the workflow changed after it was read, the update is refused to avoid overwriting those edits.
- To delete one, ask: “Delete only the saved Weekly store check instructions.”

Section titled “Try also”- “Show my saved workflows.”
- “Delete my Editorial review workflow. Don’t touch any posts.”
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Deleting a workflow removes only its instructions, never the products, posts or reports it mentions.
- Up to 50 workflows per WordPress user and site. Names up to 100 characters, instructions up to 12 KB.
- Don’t put passwords, API keys or other secrets in a workflow.
