Save a draft review checklist
Paste into ChatGPT or ClaudeSave a workflow named “Editorial review”. When I run it, list my recent drafts, report any missing an excerpt or a featured image, suggest improvements, and wait for my confirmation before changing anything.
Saves instructions on your site without changing other content. Runs directly at Standard and Trusted. Read only cannot save instructions.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Your assistant saves the checklist on your site.
- Later, ask any connected assistant to “Run my Editorial review.”
- It checks your drafts and reports what is missing. It asks for confirmation before making changes.

Section titled “Try also”- “Run my Editorial review, but only for posts in the News category.”
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The connection’s safety level still applies. At Standard, changes to published posts require approval in WordPress.
