Complete an order and send its tracking number
Paste into ChatGPT or ClaudeOrder 1042 has shipped. Add the tracking number QA12345 as a note for the customer, then mark the order completed.
Changes content or settings on your site. See the recipe below for approval requirements. Read only cannot make changes.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Your assistant adds the tracking number as a customer note.
- It changes the order status to Completed.
- WooCommerce creates its usual customer emails for the note and status change.
Try also
Section titled “Try also”- “Add a private note instead, so the customer isn’t emailed.”
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Email delivery depends on your site’s mail setup. The tracking number is sent as a note; this does not configure a shipment-tracking plugin.
