Change colours in a theme draft
Paste into ChatGPT or ClaudeMake a draft copy of my current theme. Change its background to cream and its links to dark green, then give me the preview link. Keep the live theme unchanged.
Changes content or settings on your site. See the recipe below for approval requirements. Read only cannot make changes.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Your assistant copies the active theme into a separate draft. Visitors continue to see the active theme.
- It edits only the draft files. PHP syntax and JSON formatting are checked before saving.
- It gives you a preview link. Open it while logged in to review the changes.

Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Theme drafts require Pro.
- The preview runs the draft’s PHP. Syntax checks do not catch every possible error, so review the preview before activation.
