Change visitor messages
Paste into ChatGPT or ClaudeIn my Contact Form 7 General enquiries form, change the successful-send message to “Thanks for your enquiry. We will reply soon.” and the required-field message to “Please complete this field.” Preserve every other message, the form template and all mail and additional settings. Read back both saved messages. Do not submit the form or send email.

What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Your assistant identifies the exact form and reads its current version and messages.
- It updates only the requested native success and required-field messages.
- It reads both messages back and confirms the remaining settings were preserved.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Requires AI Puffer 2.5.22 or later, Contact Form 7 6.1.7 or later and WordPress 6.9 or later with the Abilities API. CF7 has its own WordPress/PHP requirements. Uses the permissions of the WordPress user you connect. Available in AI Puffer Free and paid editions.
- Read only cannot change forms. Standard requires WordPress approval; Trusted follows the selected policy. Saved configuration does not prove inbox delivery.
- Messages use plain text. Saving them does not submit the form or verify email delivery.
