Change store settings
Paste into ChatGPT or ClaudeOn my test store, read the current currency and store city. Temporarily set currency to EUR and city to “QA Store City”, then read both back. Restore both original values and read them back again. Change nothing else.

What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Your assistant reads the current currency and store city.
- It uses the supported configuration action to change each requested setting, then reads the saved values back.
- For this test prompt, it restores the original values and checks them again.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- This is a reversible test prompt. State the exact settings you want to keep when requesting a real change.
- Changing the currency code does not convert product prices or other amounts. Review those separately before changing a live store’s currency.
- Generic settings REST writes are blocked. Your assistant must discover and use the supported configuration ability; it must not work around a refusal with raw database writes.
- Each setting change and restoration is a separate website action. Currency and city were verified in ChatGPT and Claude on AI Puffer 2.5.14 and WooCommerce 11.2.1.
- This is not a complete store launch. Payment providers, emails, checkout, legal pages and other setup settings were not tested.
