Add Rank Math’s default robots rules

What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Your assistant reads the existing robots configuration.
- If no custom rules are saved in Rank Math, it applies Rank Math’s defaults and reads them back. Existing custom rules stay unchanged.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Requires Rank Math with native abilities and AI Puffer website management. Complete or skip Rank Math’s registration step first. Tested with Rank Math 1.0.280 and AI Puffer 2.5.15 in ChatGPT and Claude.
- Rank Math requires an administrator with access to its SEO Analysis tools. At Standard, these changes wait for WordPress approval. Trusted follows your connection’s existing policy.
- The defaults disallow /wp-admin/ and allow /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. They do not add a Sitemap line.
- These are saved Rank Math settings. A physical robots.txt file or your hosting can control what crawlers actually receive. Check the rules against your installation’s paths.
