Check Pagelayer pages before launch

Pagelayer3 minutesReads onlyTested 28 Oct 2026
Paste into ChatGPT or ClaudeCheck my Pagelayer pages before launch. Look for sample text, empty button labels or links, missing images or alt text, duplicate main headings and shortcodes printed as text. Give me a table with the page, problem and suggested fix.

Reads only. Nothing on your site changes, at any safety level.

  1. Your assistant lists the Pagelayer pages you can edit and runs the native validator against their current saved layouts.
  2. It checks selected published pages in a browser, comparing native warnings with actual text, links, images and theme-added headings.
  3. It reports confirmed problems and suggested fixes, identifying draft/private pages as checked from saved layout only.
  • Requires Pagelayer Free 2.2.2, the WordPress Abilities API and AI Puffer 2.5.19 or later. Tested with ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Read only. No content or settings are changed. Specify the pages to check on a large site; listing is capped at 100 and each public inspection uses a separate action and is subject to browser limits.
  • The validator can flag missing widget alt text even when the rendered image has text from its Media Library caption/title. Public output takes precedence for that finding. Invisible template tokens in CSS classes and accordion toggles are not reported as broken content.
  • Public browser inspection cannot open drafts or private pages. This is a content check, not a whole-site broken-link crawl or an SEO/accessibility compliance guarantee.
