Change a Greenshift design variable

Paste into ChatGPT or ClaudeSet the Greenshift design variable --site-spacing to 24px. Read the existing variables first, preserve the other variables and settings, save through the native ability, and read it back. Do not edit page blocks.

What happens

Section titled “What happens”
  1. Your assistant reads the existing design variables.
  2. It adds or updates only the requested variable through Greenshift’s native ability.
  3. It reads back the saved variable.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • Requires AI Puffer 2.5.22 or later and WordPress 6.9 or later with the Abilities API. Available in AI Puffer Free and paid editions.
  • Read only cannot make changes. Standard requires WordPress approval; Trusted follows the connected WordPress user’s permissions.
  • Requires manage_options and an installed AI Puffer version that offers the native design-variable write.
  • Only styles that reference the variable change. This does not replace hard-coded spacing values throughout your pages.
