Replace a GenerateBlocks image
Paste into ChatGPT or ClaudeOn my GenerateBlocks Services page, replace the blue image with the green image from my Media Library. Use “A green rectangle” as its alt text. Keep the layout and responsive styles, then verify the saved page.
Changes content or settings on your site. See the recipe below for approval requirements. Read only cannot make changes.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”- Your assistant identifies the current Image block and the replacement Media Library image.
- It changes the block’s attachment and page-local alt text, preserving its other settings.
- It checks the saved block and the published page on desktop and mobile.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Requires GenerateBlocks 2.5.0 and AI Puffer 2.5.19 or later. Tested with ChatGPT and Claude on existing static v2 blocks.
- Supports existing static v2 Image blocks and accessible JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP or AVIF attachments already in this site’s Media Library.
- Shared Media Library alt text and descriptions stay unchanged. Standard requires WordPress approval.
