These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AI Puffer website, demos, documentation, downloads, account features, and related services available through https://aipower.org.

AI Puffer Cloud is operated by aipower.org. You can contact the operator through our contact page.

These terms also cover AI Puffer Cloud, the optional hosted AI service available through the AI Puffer plugin and puffercloud.dev. Cloud is separate from your plugin license and from any credits or tokens you sell to visitors on your own website.

Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse demo tools, or use the site in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Product information

We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, documentation, and feature information accurate, but information may change over time. We may update, remove, or modify features, documentation, downloads, and content at any time.

AI demos and generated output

The site may include AI demos or examples, and AI Puffer Cloud provides AI-generated output. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information into public demo tools.

Downloads, accounts, and purchases

Plugin downloads, licenses, payments, account access, and customer portal features may be handled by third-party services. Additional terms from those providers may apply to purchases, renewals, refunds, license management, and account access.

AI Puffer Cloud accounts and requests

Connecting a site authorizes it to use the Cloud account associated with its verified Freemius identity. All sites connected to the same Cloud account share its credit balance. You are responsible for the sites you connect and for requests made through their enabled features, including visitor requests and automations.

When you select AI Puffer Cloud, the information needed for your request is sent to Cloud and the AI services used to provide the selected model. Depending on the feature, this can include prompts, conversation history, instructions, document or website content, images, audio and other context. You must have the right to submit that information and provide appropriate notices to your users. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Cloud connection diagnostics

Accepting the Cloud connection terms and clicking Connect authorizes the plugin to send limited technical reports about that connection attempt, including attempts that fail before account registration. We use connection results, selected error codes, response status and timing, technical response indicators, software versions and a random support reference to troubleshoot setup problems and improve Cloud connection reliability.

When a connection attempt reaches Cloud, we also retain the submitted site address and Freemius installation identifier with its support reference to investigate setup failures. These details are retained as unverified diagnostic context and do not establish account ownership or eligibility for credits.

These reports exclude names, email addresses, passwords, API keys, account secrets, prompts, uploaded files and generated content. The reports and submitted connection details are retained in Cloud for 30 days and removed through scheduled cleanup. Diagnostic reporting does not run on ordinary plugin page loads or subscribe you to marketing emails. The optional marketing choice remains separate. Cloud credits and purchases

Eligible accounts with a verified email currently receive 25 free credits per monthly allowance period. The period starts when the account is enrolled and renews on its monthly anniversary. Unused free credits expire at the end of that period and do not accumulate. Adding sites, reconnecting or reinstalling does not create an additional allowance. Free-credit eligibility and issuance are subject to the program’s availability and abuse-prevention checks; the connected account shows its allowance and renewal information.

Purchased credits do not expire or reset monthly. Available free credits are used first, followed by included subscription credits, then purchased credits. Credit purchases are processed through Freemius and are credited after payment verification. A checkout completion page alone may appear before that verification finishes. The price and pack offered at checkout apply to that purchase.

Cloud credits pay for model usage. They are not a fixed number of words, tokens, messages or articles. Usage depends on the model, feature and amount processed, including input and output where applicable. Estimates shown in the plugin are approximate. Model availability and rates can change; each accepted request uses the applicable model rate recorded for that request.

Cloud may reserve credits while a request is being processed. After usage is verified, the request is settled and the unused reservation is released. Closing a page or interrupting a connection does not necessarily stop processing that has already started. Such usage may still consume credits, and confirmation may be delayed while a request is reconciled.

Cloud credit purchases are separate from Pro subscriptions. Purchasing Cloud credits does not unlock Pro features, and paid monthly or annual Pro subscriptions include 1,000 monthly AI credits, Pro Plus includes 3,000 and Pro Max includes 10,000. These allowances renew monthly, including on annual billing, and unused included credits expire at the end of their period. They are shared across the connected account rather than multiplied by the number of sites. Existing lifetime software licenses do not receive the new Pro subscription allowance. You may continue using supported providers with your own API credentials independently of Cloud.

Refunds, restrictions and disconnection

Refund requests are handled under the applicable purchase terms and consumer rights. A refund, chargeback or reversed payment removes the corresponding purchased credits. If those credits have already been used, the resulting deficit restricts further Cloud use until resolved. A new free allowance does not clear that deficit. Contact AI Puffer support for a purchase or balance question.

We may limit or suspend Cloud requests to prevent misuse, enforce account or spending limits, protect service availability, or address payment problems. Model or service availability is not guaranteed. Attempts to bypass limits or obtain repeated free allowances through duplicate accounts are prohibited.

Disconnecting stops that site’s authorized Cloud connection; it does not erase the Cloud account, its shared balance or its billing history. Removing the plugin or deleting local logs does not request Cloud account deletion. To request account closure or erasure, contact us through the contact page.

Manage my website and website actions

Manage my website is an optional hosted MCP relay for connecting an assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to a WordPress site you own or are authorized to manage. It requires an MCP-enabled AI Puffer plugin release, a connected verified Cloud identity, and explicit approval of the site and permissions. It is enabled from Settings > Connections; it is not enabled simply by purchasing a plan.

Supported operations include reading and searching your site; creating, editing, publishing and scheduling posts and pages; managing media; using the WordPress abilities and REST routes that your plugins provide, including supported integrations such as WooCommerce, Yoast SEO and Elementor; running a supported set of WP-CLI-compatible commands, on one site or as background jobs across several connected sites; and, on paid plans, editing a theme through a separate draft. Shell access, server files outside theme drafts, credentials and AI Puffer’s own connection settings are not available to assistants.

Each assistant acts with the permissions of the WordPress user you select, at the safety level you choose. At Read only it cannot make changes. At Standard, changes to published content, deletions and changes made through other plugins require confirmation in WordPress by an authorized user. At Trusted, supported changes, including deletions, run without that confirmation. You remain responsible for the safety level and user you choose, for checking generated content and the changes your assistants make, and for keeping backups of your site.

Monthly website-action allowances are 2,000 for Free, 10,000 for Pro subscriptions, 25,000 for Pro Plus subscriptions and 50,000 for Pro Max subscriptions. These totals are per account, include the Free base and are shared across connected sites and assistants. The highest eligible subscription applies; allowances do not stack by licence or site. Annual subscriptions renew website actions monthly. Existing subscribers retain their current renewal prices; new subscriptions and voluntary plan changes use the terms shown at checkout. Website actions are separate from AI credits: one tool operation can consume an action, and producing and publishing one post can require several operations. The allowance is shared across connected sites and assistants. It starts on first MCP enrollment and renews monthly; unused actions do not roll over. There is no first-month bonus or rollover. Existing lifetime licences use the ordinary Free website-action allowance. Cancellation keeps paid actions available until paid coverage ends; expiry, refunds, disputes, closure or revocation can reduce or remove paid access. Adding sites, reconnecting or reinstalling does not create a fresh allowance. Usage shows the current balance and renewal date; unfinished operations may hold allowance while their outcome is reconciled.

Your assistant provider’s subscription, usage charges, availability and terms are separate. The relay does not purchase AI model generation for you; AI Puffer Cloud model features continue to use their separate AI-credit balance. Assistant plan or workspace restrictions may prevent connection.

You can revoke an assistant or turn off website management in Settings. Pausing website changes does not pause your other AI Puffer features. Revocation stops new authorized work; a request that has already started may need reconciliation and disconnection does not undo completed posts. Service limits may be applied to prevent abuse or protect availability. See our Privacy Policy for the information processed and retained.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, text, graphics, demos, documentation, and related materials are owned by AI Puffer or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit site materials except as allowed by law or by written permission.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, services, AI providers, payment processors, documentation platforms, or marketplaces. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer

The site, demos, and AI Puffer Cloud are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Puffer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the site, demos, AI Puffer Cloud, downloads, or documentation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
