Write your SEO from chat.
Write SEO titles and meta descriptions, set focus keyphrases, see which posts score badly, and set noindex, canonical and schema, without opening the editor.
Tested by us on 15 October 2026 with Yoast SEO 28.7, from ChatGPT and Claude.
Things to ask
- “What are the SEO title and description on the spring pricing post?”Reads. Nothing changes.
- “Write an SEO title and meta description for the spring pricing post.”A change to that post’s SEO fields.
- “Set the focus keyphrase on that post to “garden planning”.”A change to one field.
- “Which of my recent posts have a poor SEO or readability score?”Reads Yoast’s stored scores.

Limits
- Scores are the ones Yoast stored the last time a post was analysed in the editor. A post that was never analysed shows no score (
na). After a change from chat, a post keeps its old score until someone opens and saves it there. - Score lists cover published posts (not pages or drafts) and skip noindexed ones, up to 100 at a time.
- Inclusive-language scores exist only when that analysis is switched on in Yoast.
- Setting noindex, canonical or schema back to empty restores Yoast’s default. The post’s title and status stay as they are.
- Your sitemap can be checked (
ai-puffer/get-sitemaps): provider, on or off, address and search visibility. Noindexed, draft and private posts stay out of it. Nothing is submitted to search engines. - Redirects use the free Redirection plugin: see Redirection. Yoast Premium’s redirect manager isn’t tested.
- The focus keyphrase ability is AI Puffer’s own, because Yoast doesn’t offer one.
