Images and Data Submitted:

  • User-Provided Images and Prompts: When you upload images or enter text prompts, these are temporarily processed to provide the App’s functionalities.

How We Use Your Information

Data Processing and Storage

Image and Data Processing

  • Processing via AWS Lambda and Replicate’s API:
    • Images and prompts submitted by users are sent securely to AWS Lambda functions.
    • AWS Lambda functions forward the data to Replicate’s API for AI processing.
    • Replicate’s Data Retention Policy:
      • “For predictions created through the API, all input parameters, output values, output files, and logs are automatically removed after an hour, by default.”
      • This means any images or data sent to Replicate are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted after one hour.

Storage on Your Device

  • Generated Content:
    • Images or outputs generated by the App are stored on your device when you choose to save them.

Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App (“Service Providers”):

  • AWS:
    • Used for serverless computing to process user requests.
  • Replicate:
    • Provides AI model processing for image generation and editing.
  • StoreKit (Apple):
    • Used for handling in-app purchases and transactions.

These third parties have access to your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption:
    • All data transmitted between the App, AWS Lambda, and Replicate is encrypted using HTTPS.
  • No Personal Data Collection:
    • Since we do not collect personal data, risks associated with personal data breaches are minimized.

However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal information for you to access, modify, or delete. If you have any questions or concerns about your data, please contact us.
